keep it up, Gabby! your "feeling less obsessive" is huge, and big key to TSM. I used to care care care about drinking (when to start, what to have, etc), but now I really can't get nearly as excited about it. sounds like you're off to a good start. the AF days will come....

I've switched to the Options Save Lives forum because it seems a little more happenin' but I thought I'd give a quick update for anyone who might be interested.

So far so good! My numbers are down significantly as I round out week 4. I've even managed two AF days in a row which I haven't done since November of last year (all while having actual alcohol available in my fridge). Here are my numbers:

Pre-TSM: 30+ per week
W1: 18 w/no AF
W2: 21-ish w/no AF
W3: 16.5 w/1 AF
W4: Not quite finished but here are my numbers:
- Sat: 2
- Sun: 2.3
- Mon: 2.5
- Tues: AF
- Wed: AF

Feeling great and no longer thinking about my first drink at 10a. Hoping this is real and not the honeymoon phase.

You probably heard in the other forum that there can be a lot of variation in your drinking from day to day, so log the days, tally the weeks and watch the months. I think you'll find that at least, month over month you're drinking decidedly less.
