But Newlife - you cannot dance naked in the moonlight wearing Spanx !!! LOL

And Zontar - I only like tea tea - preferably English! Cannot drink herbal stuff - but am sitting here right now with a cup of decaf tea and a couple of Rich tea biscuits! Just seems so much better than a Guinness - I keep waiting for the other foot to drop!

Thanks Jaba for the offer of the tea - but I have never liked 'tea' that is not 'tea' in my mind! Flavoured tea is just not tea - I like a good old British cuppa! And, turning the tables - PM me your address and I am happy to send you some Rich Tea Biscuits! They are very plain - perfect for tea!

That sounds like a place called Global Foods that is in St Louis - they have an aisle for each different country. They are Rich Tea biscuits - in a blue packet. World Market probably also has them.

wow, 4 drinks for the month, that is awesome. I am wondering if I should titrate up to 62 ml. Lately I have gone back to my usual drinking. Also, I know that much is mindless drinking. Really happy for you.

Meggie - I know I have asked before but when did you start Nal? I know that you were posting here long before you actually started it. What dose are you taking? Are you ALWAYS waiting the full hour? Some folk here have started cutting their pills as they seem to better absorb them that way. If it has been 6 months or less, I personally would not up my dose - unless you are not on 50mg then I would definitely up it to that. the thing is, that I think - and this is just a personal thing - but I feel that I needed the time that I had before I upped my dose, for some reason or other - I did up it at one point although not for long and it made no difference at all to me back then. With me, I think it was the right time to up it when I finally did - and then got results. However all that is just my own opinion and if you want to give it a go then go for it. I just don't want newbies thinking that 75mg will work better than 50mg - not that you are a newbie - but I do think until one has been on Nal for at least 6 months it is not a good idea to up the dose - but as I said, JUST my opinion!
