* pre-Nal:

* with Nal:
you drink. Nal blocks the endorphins. brain learns Drinking = Not Good
as time goes on the brain learns that "Drinking = Not Good" each time you drink with Nal, which gradually chips away at the "Drinking = Good" that it learned pre-Nal
A better way to look at it, you come to discover that not drinking is good, and you can finally see that drinking to excess is bad, and you won't want to do it.
That happens more and more, the less you drink. Nice to see your progress Badger!
