						 Thank you jaba I did have a good weekend.  Slow and relaxing.
  End of Week 27 update:  16 US Units, 1 AF.  Sort of holding steady I guess.  I think the AF day that I forced on Thursday resulting in ADE and over-indulging on Friday.  So for now I am not going to "force" anymore AFs.  Just to see how it goes.  I did notice on Saturday that I had a near perfect day:  at around six I poured one glass of wine and SLOWLY drank it, but did not finish it.  Then my daughter wanted to watch Hotel Transylvania, and that just SCREAMED for a drink, we all ordered a pizza and my husband made me one of his delicious cocktails.  I drank it extremely slowly, enjoyed it very much, and when it was done, even though still early and the movie wasn't even finished, I did not want more.  That meant I was able to enjoy a good time with my husband and two daughters on Saturday night, REMEMBER all of it the next day, feel good the next day and not worry about what I did or said.  It was almost like my dream of where I want to end up.  So I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I just wish I could get there a little faster, but whatever.  We can't always control everything, much as we try.
  So for this week I am going to concentrate on drinking SLOWLY, especially that first drink, and see where that goes.
