Hello everyone.

So that last couple of weeks have been really interesting.

I am still very sensitive to Nal. and only take 1/3 each time.

The past week I have drank daily but only one drink per day.
Mostly wine, and then yesterday one shot of vodka.

After one serving, I usually start to feel kinda sick or I just
don't really care about having anything else.

The craving is there but the urge to binge is not, which is great.

So far very happy with this progress. It's a major reduction
in the amount I usually drink.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Thank you Newlife and Zontar,

It has been a good start for sure.

I think I will up my dose to .25 mg now that
I have been on it for more than two weeks.

Been reading about the "honeymoon" period and can
see how that could easily happen.

This weekend had more than a few drinks on Saturday,
actually had about six in total for the night.

We had a little wine before we left to go food hopping
at two different restaurants. Had a Lychee drink, then
wine at the tapas place followed by sherry at the end.

It was a normal amount of alcohol (well in my mind)
for the occasion. However, more than I have had in
the week prior.

The difference was when we came home I was tired,
and had no desire to drink anything else. Not motivated
to buy rum on the way home, or drink the red wine we
have in the house.

So that is something. :)

Congrats! That IS something! It's coming home that usually makes a three or four drink night into an eleven or twelve sort of night.

Hi Everyone.

So it has been four weeks since I started the Sinclair Method.

Have had zero binge days, which is huge for me.

My consumption is Way down. I now only have 1-3 drinks
on any given night and actually have N/A days here and
there.

My new goal is to have more N/A days to give my body
a break.

I get hangovers from small amounts so I need to make
sure I am not irritating my liver and inflaming my body
with toxins being released.

It has only been a month, but so far I can say that this
has been such a life saver. Hopefully more people can
take advantage of this option and have success.

Wishing you all the best everyone.

Happy Weekend! xo :D :D

Lalya,

Sounds like things are coming together well for you. That is awesome. You showed major control when you came home from dinner and decided not to turn to the bottle. Success in other people is inspirational for me and I am glad you are posting.

Hey Reboot!

Welcome!

Ahh I am glad it could be inspiring a little.

all the best to you on your journey.

After a month, I am starting to see what a
life changer this is for me. Cravings are still
there but control is now there as well so
that makes a big difference.

It takes time so I am looking forward to
less cravings.
