NO worries at all on that score - even though I take such a minute amount there is NO way I would ever drink on it -ever! I am packing boxes and as I haven't had a drink can take a load of boxes over to the new house - so it is good !! Would not be able to do that otherwise - maybe tomorrow I will not take the AB !! Maybe .....

Okay - well my numbers are down this week but have had 3 AF - so my numbers are not on the whole very good ! 6 drinks is too many for me in one evening - I need to try to cut that way back !!!

I am off to UK in the morning and did not drink today - needed a clear head to sort and pack!! I shall be SO relieved to get on that plane !!

Thanks Newlife. Well I am back in UK and I did not drink yesterday because I was traveling which means I've had Two AF days in a row and to be honest I really don't feel like drinking today either....we shall see! Yesterday was AF without AB !

Wow, Maggie you are doing great without the AB! I think we just need to get these AF days under our belts and they will come much more naturally and hopefully more of them each week too!

Hi Maggie! I hope you are enjoying your trip! I am very impressed with the three AF days!! I can manage about 2 a week at this point and looking forward to reaching the three mark like you! How long are you going to be in the UK? Is your mom doing ok?
