Wow! Great week! I had 19 US units and FOUR AF days! Obviously on the days I did drink, I didn't stop at one or two. I'm still trying to get the "feel" of slowing down. But the AF days were pretty easy. I didn't seem to get that anxious craving sensation. I conked out like a log on the days I did drink, and was pretty tired and draggy the next day, so that's probably good.
I had no problem taking the NAL and waiting 60 minutes. I could have skipped drinking after waiting 60 minutes, but then I felt like I was "wasting" a pill. I should probably get over that.
In less positive news, I don't think the NAL is making a dent in my carbohydrate cravings. That could be for a variety of reasons. After all, there is such a thing as genuine hunger, and M&Ms do sate hunger quite nicely. And they taste good. I'll keep experimenting, but I suspect the carb addiction is going to have to be dealt with by other means. On the other hand, the less I drink, the less I just throw in the towel and dig into a tub of cookie dough. Trying to stay optimistic!
