Gotthegene, I really like that idea about the glass of water between drinks. I usually am drinking water WITH my AL, but sequentially like that just may help adjust things and slow me down.

What is Kudzu? Sounds like a supplement. I will google it but would be interested to see if it is helping you.

Since I last posted a couple months ago, I've gotten into a consistent pattern of one AF day per week and 1.5 to 2 glasses/units of wine the other 6 days....so totaling on average 11-12 glasses of wine per week. The 1 AF day per week really makes a difference, at least psychologically. I find it easier to manage during the summer months; the lovely warm and sunny days just make life a little happier and it's easier to get outside away from temptations.

I hope others here are experiencing some good days too.

Started TSM Aug 2012. Had some success but over time the Nal SEs were so awful that stopped taking Nal. Managed a 30 day (Sept 2012) and 46 day (Feb/Mar 2013) AF period which also contributed to getting drinking under control.
