I started back with TSM in earnest about 2 weeks ago. I have had 3 AF days and while still drinking at an unhealthy level I'm enjoying it less and less. Yesterday I took the NAL about 1 1/2 hours before drinking, and proceeded to drink about 11 US units. Today I feel tired and brain dead. I never got hangovers from drinking. I have heard the term "Nalover" before and is this feeling just part of the extinction process? It sure is a deterrent to drinking, at least for today!

I've seen a few people talk about getting worse hangovers while on Nal. My hangovers definitely changed, I went from having few if any - and when I did it was usually a headache - to not having headache hangovers but feeling nauseous a lot. Unfortunately it doesn't deter me because I heal up by midday and am ready to drink after work, but I suppose if I were a morning drinker it would be a great deterrent.
