There are a couple of existing blogs about naltrexone and the Sinclair Method, but neither of them cover my experience or want to address some things which IMO should be addressed. I'm thinking of starting my own.

It needs a good name.

I'd like to have "Sinclair Method" in the name, so that it pops up in searches for that. I'd like something about "hope for hopeless alcoholics." I'd like something about a science-based or medicine-based cure. I'd like it to include something about my personal experiences being a springboard for Q&A and general discussion.

This would leave me with something like "The Sinclair Method: My Experience with a Medicine-Base Cure Which Gives Hope to the Hopeless Alcoholic." That is not very snappy.

I'd rather focus on writing several extremely good posts to start it off with a bang and attract readership, but I do also need a good name which both summarizes the idea and is search-engine friendly.

Help a lady out?

How about "The Sinclair Method - How I Cured My Drinking Problem"

Or "The Sinclair Method - A Simple Way to Control Your Drinking"

Depends on which way you want to go with it. Ill just throw some stuff out there that i think could be attention grabbing.

The sinclair method: alcohol, extinction, and my life as a rat in a box
The sinclair method: learning indifference to alcohol
Tsm: an alcoholic losing the joy of drinking
Tsm: an alcoholics accidental abstinence (could shorten it and make a lot of AA references to pick up searches for that)
Tsm: drinking my way to a cure for alcoholism

In my experience, you don't have to have all those key words in the name. That's what SEO (search engine optimisation) is for. For example, you could have a blog called 'Cured by science' and in it a page called 'The Sinclair Method' and search bots will link the two together. Also, there is a limit to titles that search bots will harvest and return in search results.

I'd pick a 3-5 word name, something that works for you. Good articles with effective use of key terms within them will do more for your ratings as a name with all the keywords in it.

What platform will you put your blog on? Most have SEO features for you to use.

Ooh, I like that "rat in a box" thing. I'll have to work that in somehow.
