I live in Texas and was affected by the ice, we had no mail delivered for 3 days. I have been waiting on my mail order. Of course, I got a notice in my mail box yesterday that they tried to deliver it and since I wasn't home, it is at the post office.

I'm getting ready to go get it, but all of a sudden got nervous! Has anyone had to pick up their mail order this way? Could I get in trouble?

You won't get in trouble. In the USA, naltrexone is not a scheduled substance. It is not illegal to possess it without a prescription.
