						 why wouldn't this work if the behaviors are endorphin producing?  i think you could be right that you have found other things that produce the brain chemicals you seek, (per your genetic make-up).  good luck testing this.  i would guess that the trick would be to use nal when you engage in those behaviors, and then abstain from both and introduce healthy alternatives. let us know how it goes. path
