Lucy, sometimes you just have to plow through the side effects. The generally last between 3 days to a couple of weeks. Taking the pill on top of a meal and following up with plenty of water through the night is the best way to minimize the problem.
You could try backing off to 12.5mg as well, then bump it back up to 25mg when you don't have any commitments that evening. When you're doing ok on 25mg, go up to 37.5, then 50. If you can't get beyond 25mg, just proceed at that level. Occasionally some will do just fine with 25mg, while some don't get results until they dial it up to 75 or 100mg. Dr. Sinclair found that most people need 50mg, so that's his recommendation.
