Thank you MM - as everyone is probably fed up with me saying - I can hardly believe it yet! But as each day goes by and it stays the same I am slowly beginning to think it really has happened !

Oh Jaba - thanks for explaining the racoon remark ! LOL

Hugs, Maggie

Maggie,
I am one of the idiots who stopped taking Nal. You have given me the hope to try again. I can't even say why I stopped, but needless to say things haven't been going well. I have been binging terribly this past month. As of yesterday, I am back on the Nal. I only had three yesterday, which is a victory for me. Today, I will abstain as I don't even feel like drinking. Going off the Nal just wasn't worth it. Time to get my life back!

Hey, JanCan.... good for you for trying again!!! I know you said you don't even know why you stopped... I wish you did! I'm always so curious to see what drives people to go off the Nal. Did you feel like you had gained control of your drinking when you stopped taking it? Or were you maybe discouraged that it wasn't working as quickly as you had hoped? Whatever it was, again.... good for you for making the right decision for yourself! Keep on keeping on!

Jan - I also want to know why you stopped taking the nal? How long had you been on it ? For me it was a case of there being no alternative - it had to work no matter who long it took. I would have kept on with it for 5 years if I had to. Simply because it was going to work - I just had faith and perseverance ! Please feel free to Pm me if you feel like going off it again - I will give you a pep talk!!

Hey there Cheeto - yes it does work - and it will work for you too - I know it will! Just keep plodding on with it!

HUGS, Maggie xx

Awesome stats, Steve!

Have you been on LDN since the beginning? You're getting those results from just 4mg?
