Thanks everyone for your concern! I only had the 1 day without Nal and have been sticking to the Golden Rule. I need an AF day as I feel kind of sick these days from the daily drinking.

good to hear Cheeto - having trouble with my computer right now - it has gone into the shop today - am on my iPad which I find so hard to type on !! Will keep in touch - should be back with computer by the end of the week.

I was catching up on your posts and was wondering what made you stop taking 75? Was it side effects? Did you notice any changes in your intake when you did up your dose? I was curious because I do remember reading about several members who did up their intake with positive results. Certainly not all of them that did it - but it might be that boost that gets you over the hump.

Hi Reboot - I think I only did it for a day or two because I didn't see any difference. but Jephiner took it for a lot longer than a day or two - so that is probably what I need to do.

Yes I am trying to think who else upped their dose and saw results - I know that badger upped his but am not sure that it helped - I need to ask him. Do you know who else had luck with upping their dose ?

I upped my dose about 4 months ago for about 10 days, I really don't know why I then dropped it, I think it was cos I wasn't having a big night so I thought one pill would be fine, even though that makes no sense! In that 10 days or so I did notice a difference.

I have upped it again in the last 2 weeks and well I am heading for a 4th af day this week, which will be a first since I started.... might be worth it

Maggie - I do not remember (my memory is another victim of AL) who else upped their dose but I do remember several people having success. I do not think it can hurt to try and if you need a few extra pills I can send them to you.

Thanks Nigel and Reboot. Nigel - that is great about 4 AF days - wow !! Yes I do think I should give upping my dose a try for a bit longer than a day or two!

I have an appt with my doc - it has taken ages to get it but finally have one in a couple of weeks to get more Nal - I am hoping he will give me another RX for another year ! It is hard when the docs do not understand the logistics behind it though!! I am going to have to try and explain it to him (my docs change all the time as they are only in the area for a short time) and hope he goes along with it - the last one did 'cos she was already running late and I think she just wanted me gone - LOL.

ha Maggie! hope my doctor's running late when I confess to him my Nal use! maybe that'll work in getting me a cheap scrip!

LOL Zontar - I have never met this particular doctor so have no idea what he is like. Usually I can talk the docs into giving me whatever I need (Topa when I tried it, Antabuse when I wanted some) so am thinking positive with this one !
