Maggie1929 Progress and the odd question

Thanks you UKB. I have to admit having Four AF days in a row felt pretty good. Even though I had 4 the next day I only had 2 last night which was good and I even forgot about it at one point and just two felt fine! Thank you so much for your words of encouragement.

Thank you newlife and Zontar too -it really does help To get that response, but I know you know what I mean.

I am actually feeling pretty good right now and am wondering if my mindset is finally changing.... Due to the Nal.

Thanks so much to all of you being on this journey with me.....it isn't a great club to be in but it helps to have such great souls along with me.....

I do not remember taking my Nal yesterday. I had two drinks but I do not remember taking the Nal and now worrying that is going to mess me up. This is the first time EVER that I forgot it .......still only had 2 drinks and didn't notice anything different.....maybe I did take it but don't think so...... :cry:

I think not remembering taking your Nal is still better than remembering not taking it - you're still in with a chance you did

Missing a NAL is not a big whoop. I've missed a few here and there, and it made no difference at all.

Sounds like you're doing very well !

Thanks Guapo, Newlife, Badger and UKB.....I was a little worried but I suppose in the grand scheme of things one miss doesn't matter but I will make sure it doesn't happen again ! My intake this past week was well down......due to those AF days ! In fact because my graph us on my computer and I cannot access it on my iPad while I am away, I had to recheck my numbers three times !! LOL
