Thank you so much Newlife, Angel, Cheeto and Badger ...... I am somewhat gobsmacked as to how I am doing this though - the only thing I can think it I am out of routine! Plus mum doesn't drink .....and yes the more AF days I get the easier it is - I might try for another tomorrow !! Angel - I am here for two weeks and my mum is doing really well - I am off to see my aunt Thursday for a couple of days - she has wine with dinner sometimes but other than that does not drink either !

Thanks for the support everyone !!

Hugs, Maggie

Okay - had another AF day on Tuesday so that made 4 in a row - then yesterday for reasons unknown to me I decided to get some Guinness - and drank all 4. I was pretty disappointed in myself as I had hoped that I would just have 1 or 2 ..... oh well. So for the week so far my total is 4 drinks - pretty good !!! I will see how it goes at my aunts .....

Hugs, Maggie x

Wow Maggie that's huge.

You have shown yourself you can be AF and live life, and it's all new learning.

I'm now wondering how you felt without Nal in your brain for that period of time?

To be perfectly honest, I didn't notice any difference at all.....but had been traveling and what not...jet lagged so who knows if it would have been different had I been at home? How are you doing UKB ?

Hugs, Maggie x

I'm ok, still AF as ever.

Had an eating relapse last week, but still plugging on.

Lots of change going on!

Perhaps we'll meet up one one of your trips over here.
