Tweed that sounds great, is it nice to notice that you forgot about alcohol?

Yes, it was the oddest feeling to realize that something that is constantly on my mind was just gone! Obviously not gone forever, but out-of-mind. I'm looking forward to more of this.
Best wishes,
Tweed

That is really great news Tweed! Happy to see your progress! I have noticed too I go through times where I actually forget or am not thinking about drinking when I normally would. :)

The last time I posted, I was elated about having the best day ever.....Unfortunately, that led to over-confidence and a lack of vigilence and an increase in consumption, culminating in over-drinking, and tripping and falling down! Of course, shame followed. I'm back on track again, and this week I matched and beat my best-ever day! I think I should have great numbers this week.
Best wishes,
Tweed

NO shame Tweed ! Life happens - especially with us ! Hope that you didn't hurt yourself when you fell? I only ever fell once - many years ago and bumped down the wooden cellar stairs on my back and bottom and hips !! Didn't hurt at the time - LOL Not funny really .....

I am thrilled that you are back on track and are going to have the best ever week!! SO happy for you - :D

Hugs, Maggie x

Oh I have a few bruises, and more than a few on my pride....Fortunately only my dog witnessed it. It wasn't the first time, but this time it has really served as a catalyst to do better. Thanks for the encouragement, it means a lot.
Best wishes,
Tweed

Well the good news is that your dog's love is unconditional!! Falling down and acting silly probably made the dog love you more. Newlife
