Do remember that life stuff doesn't have to make you drink.

I think that might help me too Tish - to say I will not take the Nal until later in the day - I take mine around 11.00 in the morning - LOL BUT usually drink in the afternoon and then not have any after 4 or 5 - might give it a try taking the Nal later though and see if that helps me too.

And UKB - I know that life's stuff doesn't have to make us drink but gosh, AL really does help doesn't it ?
