Greetings. I am back. I have followed TSM for about three years. I was never what I would called cured but I did see a BIG change in my life. I controlled my drinking not the other way around. No more cravings or insane thoughts. However, the last three week I have not been taking my meds as I should. Well, I'm back and ready to finish this journey. Wish me luck!!!!

Georgiamom - do you mean that even though you followed the GR for three years you never actually felt cured ? Would you mind me asking what your drinking habits were before you just came back here - before you weren't taking the Nal as you should? I mean, you said that AL didn't control you, but were you still drinking drinking ?
