Hi folks.

When I drink I usually have a small amount of weed with my beer. Usually nothing more than say a quarter to half a joint and I NEVER smoke weed unless I'm drinking. My question is this: will the weed combined with booze affect the way the naltrexone works? Has anybody had to deal with this? What can I expect? Any advice appreciated.

Also, to clarify, naltrexone doesn't need to be taken everyday, but only an hour or so before drinking?

It's probably best to post the question directly to Dr. Eskapa regarding concurrent cannabis and alcohol use and Naltrexone used for extinction. I do not have any personal experience with marijuana. Others may though. It is an anonymous site, so the question should be a safe question to ask.

Regarding Naltrexone use: Yes, you only use Naltrexone 1 hour before you drink and never when you will not be drinking.
