I have been on TSM since the 3rd of September this year and, up till last night, was always taking 50mg of Naltrexone before having any drinks. Whilst the amount I drink has been greatly reduced the side-effects from the Naltrexone have gotten worse and worse. Some times I just have a few drinks and wake up with the fuzziest feeling in the head, sick and tied and it gets worse as the day progresses! Also unbelievable nightmares!

Yesterday I dropped to 25mg. Boy what a difference! Had the same effect on slowing down and how much I drank but woke up feeling fine (still had strange dreams).

Whish now I had started on 25mg.

Glad you've been able to modify it and make it work for you. I am in my first week and on 25mg, and I'm thinking that unless my alcohol intake increases, I am going to stick at 25mg.

Finding I can now take 50 mg. As long as I have it a little earlier and drink more water.

Good for you. For some 25mg is actually enough for full blockage, but it's better to be sure. I'm glad you're able to follow the protocol properly.
