Hey Virginia, we all know what you're going through. I sincerely hope this 4 day thing works for you. I haven't been doing TSM for too long but I truly believe that the 4 AF days in a row got me out of my rut. I'm continuing to do it and each time it gets easier.

I think this is just what I need right now. I feel I have hit a plateau and I am frustrated. I have improved, but after 6 months I am nowhere near cured. Starting now, I will force four consecutive AF days and see what happens. Thanks for the idea!

Sorry to report that I didn't make it 4 days and that in itself was eye opening. Seriously, can't go without it for 4 days???? Will try again though because I do believe it may be the key. Think I may need to enlist some support or schedule activities. I plan to start again on Sunday...

Well, focus on the good results - have 2 public parties this weekend and I'm not afraid of making a fool out of myself. Will have maybe 4 drinks and be fine. I really only over do it at home, not sure why....
