Hi there. New to the forum and just started TSM last month. Was doing remarkably well until I had PMS cravings for alcohol, then on my first day of my time of the month I really wanted to drink so I took 50mg of nal and waited and hour. Wound up binge drinking that night which hasn't happened since I started TSM (I know it's only been a month though). Any other women experience this? Should I bump up to 75mg during this time? Thanks.

I too have experienced this and have spoken to other women who have had the same experience with PMS and increased drinking (while they were doing TSM). It would be interesting to see what might cause this as I know we are not alone. I have bumped up my dosage when I know I am at more risk and have found it to be helpful. Wishing you the best! Wow, this is really interesting. This could explain my recent problems with drinking more then usual. I'm definitely going to keep an eye on this, I didn't even think about it possibly being an issue, I figured if I drank more than usual it was just a natural wind in the road but this could explain a LOT...
