If it is at all possible for you to move out I suggest that you do. It sounds like you are living in a toxic environment that is not conducive to getting your head straight.

My mom kinda thought this through and said that she will be ok with TSM if I don't drink too often. It may be difficult for me but I will try. I don't want to move out right now so maybe some compromise would be possible

Perhaps after you start teaching again, it will be easier. I'm sure the depression contributes to the boredom too.

I'm all better now. I have a lot of work, I go to the gym few times a week, I have a lot of positive endorfins. I don't crave alcohol so much anymore as it was during vacation, I am drinking today but not a lot. It's getting better

Yesterday I bought 5 beers but I didn't drink the 5th. I tried it and poured it out to the sink, yay! It works. Today I am feeling fresh and happy, no hangover, no bad emotions. I've just come back from the gym where I rode a bicycle and walked on a treadmill which is my favourite exercise. Later I am going to the historical picnic in my town. It's going to be a good day
